Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:30pm Central. 

Shipping Information:
Orders shipped FOB Paris, Texas via UPS or FedEx Ground. (Other delivery services available).

If foam shippers + ice packs are needed during warm seasonal weather, A $5.00 charge per shipping carton will be added.  Product damaged in shipping must reported to CCD within 24 hours of receipt.  Please keep shipping cartons & containers, which are  required to process a claim.
